Home Platinum Services has done a great job building the walk-in shower for us. We did not negotiate the price as the quality, timely finish and being able to pull permit and pass city inspection of the shower pan are much more important than optimizing the price as we were selling the house. Nima stays on top of the project and is very experienced with the shower remodeling projects. He also retains a great team of people working for him. Everything was clean and tidy and no touch up work was needed and no tiles on the other side of the wall were broken. Nima is super confident about his ability and team but may appear to be less patient at the beginning to new prospective clients due to limited bandwidth. We had relocated out of the State when selling the house and I had to flew to Texas to interview about 10 contractors for this project within 2 days. I just don’t take people’s word (especially those who I have never worked with) without understanding the details nor put down the important items in writing. The good thing is I have very low ego and Nima steps up the effort to put important things to me in writing. I am glad things worked out well. I would highly recommend Nima’s Home Platinum Services. In the meantime, I would also suggest the customers to exercise your right to ask questions and select the tiles and styles you like.

When we bought our home in Plano, we had requested estimates from 5 different general contractors. Immediately, we chose Home Platinum Services, because they adequately assessed our home for comparable pricing, they were timely in providing the quote, and the owner, Nima, was quickly responsive via text or email at all times (a rarity among contractors). Our job was not an easy one - total renovation of flooring, kitchen, all bathrooms, paint, and plumbing. Nima and his crew were efficient, professional, and clean. They were detail-oriented and respectful of our space. Corrections and touch-ups were met with a quick response, rather than excuses or delays. Nima came to the house every day during the extensive work periods to review the work with the crew. He even helped to adjust to our schedules, and we were able to get work done on some weekends, even around the holidays. He helps make stylish recommendations when asked for his opinion, and even after the work was completed, he helps to provide us with references for other services we may need around the house. We would definitely use Home Platinum Services again.

We have used Home Platinum Services twice in the last couple of months. First, for the remodeling a guess bathroom and we were so pleased with their job, that decided to give them a job we were only thinking on doing, replacing the cabinets and sinks of the master bathroom. Nima and his crew were super professionals, exactly as advertised on most of the reviews. He had an answer to all of our request and was willing to work with us always taking seriously our opinion. They were knowledgeable of the task they were performing, and most importantly, responsible. We will definitely recommend them to whoever needs their services and we will use them again in the future if needed.

Recently bought a house with some remodeling needs. We had 2 bathrooms redone, living room fireplace, kitchen remodeled, stair case updated, and extensive painting. Nima was very responsive during the project from submitting the estimate until all the work was done. We wanted the work done on a tight timeline. Nima and his team delivered a great final product ahead of our expectations. His crews are friendly, professional, and skilled at what they do. Nima was very involved and personally oversaw the progress. He even kept an eye on our house while we were out of town over the holidays. We will be re-peat customers!

Platinum Home Services recently finished a full gut remodel of a 1989 master bathroom. Nima and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Our new master bathroom is so beautiful. Nima and his crew were always respectful and always very responsive. The entire process was stress free and we will definitely be using Nima again for our next home remodel project. Home Platinum Services did my master bathroom remodeling. I was very pleased with their work. When I planned to do my kitchen remodeling, I chose Home Platinum Services again to do the work. This time they did even better. Nima (owner of Home Platinum Services) came to my house to check/monitor the progress and answered my question almost every day during the construction. I summarized the following points to state that why they are the best: (1) Nima's has a group of expert teams for every fields - Cabinet, Hard wood floor, Painting, Plumbing, Electrician. (2) They sealed everything around the kitchen to protect those area. (3) The whole process were very organized. No idle time between each step. (4) Nima helped me to choose all the appliances. He explained to me the advantage/disadvantage of different kind of appliances. (5) Completed the whole remodeling on schedule and the clean up work was very professional. I was very happy to choose Home Platinum Services to do my kitchen remodeling.

We hired Home Platinum Services to remodel two of our bathrooms. From the first meeting, they demonstrated superior level of professionalism and customer friendliness. I don't think they have the word "no" in their vocabulary. Any request was met swiftly and with utmost quality. They corrected a code violation that was obscured by the previous builder. Their selection of vendors for the materials was outstanding and they worked expeditiously to secure delivery of our choices. The construction crew were extremely professional, courteous and followed a very well orchestrated process. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They finished the job a few days earlier than their promissory date. In addition to all this, we added a few other smaller items that they amicably addressed and with high quality. We were extremely happy with their overall quality, responsiveness and professionalism and we highly recommend them.

We hired Jose and his team for a full renovation of our Allen home and we are thrilled with how everything turned out. The kitchen and bathrooms look gorgeous, the new flooring is flawless, and the entire space feels brand new. The crew was respectful, clean, and always kept us updated throughout the process. We recently decided to finally update both bathrooms upstairs, a guest bathroom and jack and jill bathroom. We spoke with several contractors and felt comfortable immediately with Nima and his team. He provided a detailed, thoughtful estimate for the job in a timely manner. Once we made the decision, Nima was able to get us scheduled and going pretty quickly. He stuck to the timeline and his team delivered beautifully. We love how both bathrooms turned out. And we also greatly appreciate how amazing everyone was to work with.
